What Makes Us Different?

No politics!

We work hard to improve all of our players and set a schedule that provides them with the best experience possible. That leaves absolutely no time for politics. We have no parent coaches for a reason, and our organization is built on transparency. If you ever have a question Andrew or Brandon are easily reached, as well as our other coaches.

22 players per Team

The players truly come first in our program, our main goal is to improve each and every one of our players. That allows us to ensure all of our players are receiving the most instruction at practice, as well as significant playing time.

Same Coaches for Entire Year

Our coaching strategy differs the most from what other programs typically offer. Each of our coaches brings a unique set of knowledge that we want to be shared with all the players in our organization. For that reason there are at least 2 coaches, typically 3 or 4, at every practice. For games, there will always be at least 2 coaches.

One Team per Age Group

We only have one team per age group. That allows our players to focus on improving and playing as a team, rather than why they didn’t make the A/B/C/D team.

We are constantly told that the amount of lacrosse for our tuition fee is unparalleled. Since the inception of our program we have had on average 48 practices per year per team. That’s almost a practice per week! We do this because we feel that at any age consistent practice and games has the most impact on a player. Also, it allows our players during the Fall and Winter to play other sports and not have to worry about missing a practice because the next one is only a few days away. In addition to the practices, depending on the team grade level we play 5-6 tournaments and 6-8 league games. Click the images below to view our comparison to other teams.

Beyond Lacrosse

Playing Lacrosse or any sport, especially at the club level is a privilege. We teach our players that Family and School come first. Without those two aspects they wouldn’t have the opportunity to play Lacrosse now, or as they get older. Part of this philosophy is remaining humble, and giving back to the greater community that makes it possible for them to live the life they have. Every since our inception we have participated in the Shootout for Soldiers charity event. This year we raised just short of $4,000 which benefits the Wounded Warrior Foundation.

Recruiting Assistance and College Preparation

Our philosophy is that you want to play for us because you like what you’ve read above, seen us do in practice or games, or have heard positive things about us. That is why you’ve never seen us list the connections to colleges that we have. Lacrosse is a very tight knit community, so with all of us being former collegiate players, and some of us being former college coaches we have the ability to guide and help our players make educated choices about higher level playing and education. In addition to this, we speak with our players going into college about what to expect and how to make the right decisions when it comes to certain situations.

Please see our FAQ Page for more information concerning the practices, and gear the players will receive.

Please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you!
